资源简介:
The fecal microbiota of normal rats and hyperlipidemic rats were anaerobically co-incubated with APE (Active peptides derived from Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker) respectively. The diversity of the microbiota of the supernatants incubated in each group was analyzed by 16S rRNA technology. The experimental groups were as follows: CP group comprised 3 mL of GAM medium, 0.5 mL of fecal slurry (from Con rats), and 1.5 mL of PBS; CPA group consisted of 3 mL of GAM medium, 0.5 mL of fecal slurry, 1 mL of APE (5 mg/mL), and 0.5 mL of PBS; HP group comprised 3 mL of GAM medium, 0.5 mL of fecal slurry (from Mod rats), and 1.5 mL of PBS; HPA group comprised 3 mL of GAM medium, 0.5 mL of fecal slurry, 1 mL of APE, and 0.5 mL of PBS.
