RNA-seq of induced pluripotent stem cell or somatic stem cell-derived corneal epithelial cell sheet

Our previous study indicate that corneal epithelial cell sheet (CEPS) derived from stem cells, including induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), has low immunogenicity. Therefore, we hypothesized that CEPS express immunosuppressive molecules. To address this hypothesis, we performed RNA-seq of human iPSC-derived CEPS (iCEPS) and somatic stem cell-derived CEPS (sCEPS) with or without human recombinant IFN-g (rIFN-g) treatment. Overall design: Examination of 4 samples; iCEPS and sCEPS with or without rIFN-g treatment.
