Early diagnosis and treatment of obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome (OAPS) are crucial for reducing adverse pregnancy outcomes and improving maternal and fetal safety. This study aims to investigate the expression profiles of coding and non-coding RNAs in OAPS, as well as the competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks involved in the pathogenesis of OAPS, thereby deepening our understanding of the potential mechanisms of OAPS. Plasma samples were obtained from 3 OAPS patients and 3 healthy controls. Subsequently, exosomes were isolated using differential ultracentrifugation. The transcriptome of the purified exosomes was comprehensively analyzed using the Illumina sequencing platform, including differential expression analysis of exosomal messenger RNA (mRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), circular RNA (circRNA), and microRNA (miRNA).
