klf4 is enriched in a putative tegument associated lineage of S. mansoni. To investigate the function of klf4, we compared transcriptional profiles of klf4 (RNAi) worms to those of control (RNAi) worms. Overall design: Adult male parasites were treated with either klf4-targeting dsRNA or control dsRNA for 17 days, then subjected to RNAseq.
