资源简介:
The table presents quantitative serum metabolomics data from a subset of 204 subjects of European descent, recruited from the Salzburg colon cancer prevention initiative (SAKKOPI) study. Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) was diagnosed based on ultrasound evidence of hepatic steatosis. Subjects were allocated into four groups: lean healthy (n=61, BMI <25 kg/m2), lean MASLD (n=49, BMI <25 kg/m2), obese healthy (n=47, BMI >30 kg/m2) and obese MASLD (n=47, BMI >30 kg/m2).Serum metabolomics data were obtained using the Biocrates Absolute IDQ p180 kit (Feldman et al. Am J Gastroenterol. 2017 Jan;112(1):102-110). Bile acids (BAs) and short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) were quantified as described (Haag et al. Anal Bioanal Chem. 2015 Sep;407(22):6815-25; Liebisch et al. Biomolecules 2019 Mar 28;9(4):121).
