We proposed an individual tree detection and segmentation approach based on a trunk point distribution indicator (TPDI). The objective is to identify and segment individual trees from UAV-LiDAR data. High accuracies were derived in Eucalyptus plantations, which were characterized by overlapping crowns and relatively high understory vegetation. The folder "codes" contain the UAV-LiDAR data and the reference data of a plot and all Matlab codes.
本研究提出了一种基于树干点分布指标(Trunk Point Distribution Indicator,TPDI)的单木检测与分割方法,旨在从无人机激光雷达(UAV-LiDAR)数据中识别并分割单木。该方法在树冠重叠度高、林下植被较为茂密的桉树人工林中取得了较高的检测精度。 本次公开的"codes"文件夹包含某样地的无人机激光雷达数据、参考数据以及全部Matlab代码。
