Development plan Bergedorf 35 1. Change Hamburg

In Section 2 of the Bergedorf Development Plan Act of 2 October 1975 (Hamburg Gazette, page 176), the following provisions are added:
‘4. In the core areas north of Bergedorfer Straße, with the exception of parcel 4009, arcades and similar companies within the meaning of § 33 i of the Commercial Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, as well as sales premises and sales premises, for the purpose of the sale of articles, representations or acts of sexual character, are prohibited.
5. Core areas in which the ordinance for the protection of the environment area Sachsentor of 13 June 1978 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 202) applies, are defined as a “conservation area” in accordance with § 172 of the Building Code.
In this area, in order to preserve the urban character of the area due to its urban design, demolition, modification, change of use or construction of structural installations require a permit, even if a permit is not required under the Building Exemption Ordinance of 5 January 1988 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Sheet, page 1). Permission for demolition, modification or change of use may only be refused if the construction site alone or in connection with other construction facilities characterises the townscape or the city shape or is otherwise of urban planning, in particular of historical building importance. The permit for the construction of the site may only be refused if the urban design of the area is affected by the building installation applied for.’
