Let's build the metropolis minus 2 degrees! - Proposals for action

Following the decision of the Metropolitan Council on 13 December 2019 to draw up a draft Air Energy Territorial Climate Plan, the first half of 2020 enabled the opinion of the Prefect of the Region, the President of the Regional Council and the environmental authority to be collected. An electronic public consultation on the draft PCAET was also conducted from 16 September to 18 October 2020. The council of the European Metropolis of Lille then decided by deliberation on the draft Plan Climat Air Energie Territorial modified to take into account the opinions attached to the file and the comments of the public.
