The data set is a collection of the 20 paired end reads from an RNA Seq experiment to examine the changes in gene expression in the Ross Sea Dinoflagellate under different light and temperature conditions. There are 4 replicates for each treatment (0C, 5C, full light, deep chlorophyll maximum, dark).
