Probability Of Wind Speed By Gradations

Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are held by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created by RIHMI-WDC in 1979 and containes gridded data from 1346 stations of the USSR. Probabillity is calculated by data of observations for 4 climatic hour (1, 7, 13, 19) by gradations in % from total number of observations. Data is currently stored on magnetic tape (800 bit/inch).
