资源简介:
About 180 million people worldwide are infected with hepatitis C virus (HCV), and approximately 704,000 people die each year from HCV-related liver diseases such as liver failure and hepatocellular carcinoma. HCV persistently infects in hepatocytes and HCV viral proteins and viral RNA are known to affect many functions of the hepatocytes. To clarify the impact of HCV infection on transcriptome, we performed a RNAseq analysis on the RNA from a human hepatoma cell line, Huh-7.5 cells, which is a subline of Huh-7 cells.
