By arranging the rotating device， the detecting device and the dust collection device， after a plate enters the cutting device from the transport tape， a scale plate and a retractable rotary dicing saw are used to accurately cut the plate， a fan generates a wind force to blow dust and woodflour on a splint into a collection box， and meanwhile， the rotating device moves the cut plate to the right through a slide rail and the plate is placed on a detecting platform; if the plate is unqualified， a detecting lamp turns red， and if the plate is qualified， the detecting lamp turns green， thus achieving the effects of removing dust on a surface of the plate while detecting a strength of the plate.
