Open data of the Estonian Education Information System - operating rights

The Estonian Education Information System (EHIS) aggregates data concerning the education system. The register contains data on educational institutions, students, teachers/teachers, graduation documents, textbooks and curricula. The oldest data are from 2004. All EHIS public data is available from the portal and via API (output formats CSV, XML, JSON). The API use guide is included as an additional file. This dataset contains operational rights with information on the compilation of API queries in sub-chapter 2.5. The query for open data on operating rights enables to inherit operating rights - activity licences, the right to provide instruction, notices of economic activities, accreditation and training permits.
