Databases

OE-Databases are the spike sorting and clustering of rats' cells included in the study. Nex-Database are the Neuroexplorer files containing neurons timestamps and positions of the animals which allow us to perform cells analysis. Statistics contains 3 files: - behavior: statistics for the behavioral results - characterization: data for cell characterization (proximal, distal, unidentified) - parameters: statistics of cells features
