Records of ecclesiastical legal entities

The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic keeps records of all legal persons who derive their legal personality from churches and religious societies under the Measure of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic No MK-33/2001-1 of 10 January 2001 in accordance with Section 19(1) of Act No 308/1991 on freedom of religious belief and the status of churches and religious societies, as amended. The list of registered entities is kept in the structure: name of the entity, address of registered office, designation of statutory body, registered church or religious society to which the entity belongs, date of registration, date of removal from the register.
