High-throughput sequencing was performed on the PBMCs from SLE patients and healthy control. The purpose of the current study is to identify new genes and pathways of interest involved in the pathogenesis of SLE. Overall design: 20 SLE patients (10 patients with LN and 10 SLE patients without LN were included) and 10 healthy controls were randomly selected for RNA sequencing.
