มาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดสลายต้อกระจกด้วยคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูงโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1) พัฒนามาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดสลายต้อกระจกด้วยคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูงของโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ (2) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลผ่าตัดต่อมาตรฐานการพยาบาลและ (3) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำมาตรฐานการพยาบาลไปใช้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมี 2 กลุ่ม คือ พยาบาลผ่าตัดผู้มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดศัลยกรรมจักษุโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุคมศักดิ์ จำนวน 3 คน ผู้ดำเนินการร่างมาตรฐานการพยาบาล ทั้งมาตรฐานเชิงกระบวนการและเชิงผลลัพธ์ตามขั้นตอนของกระบวนการพยาบาล โดยกระบวนการกลุ่มสนทนา และพยาบาลผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุคมศักดิ์ จำนวน 20 คน เป็นผู้ประเมินความความพึงพอใจและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำมาตรฐานการพยาบาลไปใช้ ขั้นตอนในการคำเนินการพัฒนามี 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะเตรียมการระยะพัฒนามาตรฐาน และระยะประเมินผล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีส่วนประกอบ 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 ความพึงพอใจในมาตรฐานการพยาบาลและส่วนที่ 3 ความเป็นไป'ได้ในการนำมาตรฐานการพยาบาลไปใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา (1) มาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดสลายต้อกระจกด้วยคลื่นเสียงความถี่สูงโรงพยาบาลชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ ประกอบด้วยมาตรฐานเชิงกระบวนการและเชิงผลลัพธ์ 18 มาตรฐาน แบ่งเป็นระยะก่อนผ่าตัด 5 มาตรฐาน ระยะผ่าตัด 7 มาตรฐาน และระยะหลังผ่าตัด 6 มาตรฐาน (2) พยาบาลผ่าตัดพึงพอใจมาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดสลายต้อกระจกด้วยคลื่นเสียง ความถี่สูงในระดับสูงและ (3) ความเป็นได้ในการนำมาตรฐานการพยาบาลไปใช้ทุกมาตรฐานอยู่ในระดับสูง || The purposes of this study were: (1) to develop nursing standards for patients who received cataract operation usinga phacoemulsification technique at ChumphonKhetUdomsakdi Hospital, (2) to evaluatenurses’satisfactionwith nursing standards, and (3) to assess the possibility of using these nursing standards in the cataract operation. Samples included two groups. The first group was three expert perioperative nurses ChumphonKhetUdomsakdi Hospital who worked in the Eye Operation Department. These nurses draftedthe nursing standards for both processes and outcomeesby using the focus group process.The second group was twenty perioperativenurses at ChumphonKhetUdomsakdi Hospital,andthey evaluated their satisfaction andthe possibility of using thesenursing standards. This study was divided into 3 phrases: preparation, development, and evaluation. The research tool of this study was a questionnaire which composed of 3 sections: 1) personal data; 2) satisfactionwiththenursing standards, and 3) the possibility of using thenursing standards. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of this study revealed as follows. (1) The nursing standards were established for patients who had cataract operation using the phacoemulsification technique at ChumphonKhetUdomsakdi Hospital. It composed 18process and outcome nursing standards including five nursing standards in the preoperative phase, seven nursing standards in the operative phase, and six nursing standards in the postoperative phase. (2) Perioperative nurses rated their satisfaction with nursing standards at the high level.Finally, (3) They also ratedthe possibility of using the nursing standardswith cataract patients at the high level.
