MES and PubMed datasets

This archive contains two datasets: MES and PubMed.Each dataset is organized as follows:<br>Inside each folder there are a set of csv files including nodes and edges (edges files contain the word "edges" in the file name). Each node has an ID and a set of textual metadata which vary according to the type of node. The node type can be identified via the filename: publications.csv identifies publication nodes. Edge files have a source, a target and a relation type (not used).<br>The folder "processed" contains the graphs generated with pytorch geometric. These graphs are generated starting from the csv provided in the present repository however they are provided in order to ease and speed up reproducibility.
