资源简介:
In this study, we unravel a previously unknown function of H3K4 methylation (H3K4me; a universal marker of actively transcribed genes that also accumulates around replication origins) as a capacitor that masks the adverse effects of metabolic adaptation by facilitating initiation of replication. Overall design: 20 Samples of Rpb3, Mcm4 ChIP-Seq or ATAC-seq for S.cerevisiae in wild type and relevant mutant conditions.
