Responses to water limitation and variation with soil and climatic provenance in a serpentine-tolerant plant

This code and datasets pertain to the manuscript entitled: Responses to water limitation and variation with soil and climatic provenance in a serpentine-tolerant plant, by Erin Hall and Sevan Suni. For her MS thesis in the Suni Lab, Erin Hall collected seeds from Sairocarpus vexillocalyculatus (also called Antirrhinum vexillocalyculatum) plants at four field sites in the San Francisco Bay Area that differ in climate Two northern sites were colder and wetter and two southern sites were hotter and drier. The northern and southern sites contained one serpentine and one non-serpentine site. E. Hall brought the seeds back to the USF greenhouse and planted them on 09/16/2021. She let the plants self and collected seeds. The code allows for the assessment of effects of soil, precipitation, and water limitation on plant functional traits.
