1. Data Collection: Collect data fields related to the online promotion effectiveness of cat treats, specifically including: statistical time, total promotion cost, channel code, independent cost of the channel (CNY), number of new users acquired by the channel, number of paying users acquired by the channel, value per user (CNY/user), value per paying user (CNY/paying user), and other related fields.
2. Channel Revenue and ROI Calculation: (1) Channel Revenue = (Number of new users of the channel × Value per user) + (Number of paying users of the channel × Value per paying user); (2) ROI Calculation: ROI = (Channel Revenue - Independent Cost of the Channel) / Independent Cost of the Channel.
