Transcriptome analysis of stress treatment in MYBP1-OE tobacco

After overexpression of MYBP1 gene in tobacco, the seeds were collected. In order to explain the influence of overexpression of MYBP1 gene in tobacco on the seeds, we conducted stress treatment on the seeds to further explain the function of Erigeron breviscapus MYBP1 gene.
