We have analyzed transcript level changes in nuclei isolated from the adult mushroom body (MB) of Drosophila melanogaster, as well from whole-head (WH) nuclear extracts, both during and after long-term courtship memory formation. MB and WH nuclei were isolated at eight time-points across a 24-hour period. Overall design: Transcript levels were examined in mushroom body (MB) and whole-head (WH) nuclei isolated from adult wild-type flies at eight time points over a 24-hour period, both during and after long-term courtship memory training. Genetic material was collected from pools of 50–60 fly heads, with 2–3 replicates per condition
