Fecal bacterial microbiome of fluconazole-treated mice

As part of a study of how fluconazole-induced fungal dysbiosis influences lung allergic disease, we performed 16S amplicon sequencing of the fecal bacterial community in mice treated with fluconazole. The fecal microbiome was sequenced prior to fluconazole treatment (Day 0), after fluconazole treatment (Day 21), and 21 days after withdrawal of fluconazole treatment (Day 42).
