JMJ and PRC2 ChIP-chip data from mouse embryonic stem cells. Mus musculus

We used ChIP-chip to reveal genome-wide locationation of JMJ and Polycomb proteins including EZH2, SUZ12 and EED in undifferentiated wild-type (CJ7) embryonic stem (ES) cells.
