Dataset L includes five bearing health conditions. The test object is SKF 6001 deep groove ball bearing. The experimental platform consists of data acquisition software, an 8-channel data acquisition card, a bearing test bench, acceleration sensors and a power supply. The data acquisition software is deployed on the host computer for real-time monitoring, display and storage of vibration signals. The 8-channel acquisition card is used to synchronously collect and transmit sensor signals. The bearing test bench provides a controllable mechanical rotation environment. Acceleration sensors are installed at the test positions to measure the vibration response during bearing operation, and the power supply provides stable power for the test system. The dataset covers five bearing health conditions, including normal state, outer race fault, inner race fault, rolling element fault and cage fault. Data was collected at three rotational speeds: 1200, 1500 and 1800 rpm, combined with no-load and 10% load conditions, totaling six operating conditions. The load level is defined as the percentage of the rated torque of 5 N·m. Vibration signals are sampled at 102.4 kHz, with each sample having a length of 32768 data points. Repeated acquisitions are performed for each bearing state under all operating conditions. With controllable operating conditions, complete fault categories and high sampling frequency, this dataset is suitable for evaluating the recognition performance and cross-condition generalization ability of bearing fault diagnosis models under variable speed and load conditions.
