The E-SCDD Dataset is an extended electroluminescence imagery dataset for photovoltaic module analysis. It expands upon the BenchmarkELimages dataset by incorporating additional EL samples, refined pixel-level annotations, and standardized splits to facilitate research in defect detection, anomaly segmentation, robustness evaluation, generative modeling, and health monitoring and maintenance of PV modules.
