singletCode plotData and barcodeData for singletCounting

This is plot data and barcode data for Zhang Melzer et al., 2024 "Synthetic DNA barcodes identify singlets in scRNA-seq datasets and evaluate doublet algorithms"

<br><br>The zipped folder contains the following folders:

<br>allBarcodeSheets
: subfolders are named by the dataset and contain files with cellID-barcode-sample where each row represents 1 UMI. This is the input for singletCode singlet counting.
<br>plotData: subfolders are named by the analysis and contain files used to plot the data in them. <br><br>Plotting instructions can be found in the plotScripts subfolder of the paper's GitHub.
