Predictive significance of hematological indices in aortic reconstructive surgery: a pilot retrospective study.

A retrospective, observational, single-center study included 79 patients who underwent elective aortic surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. Age of participants 57 (46.5; 64) years, Charlson comorbidity index 4 (2; 5), cardiopulmonary bypass duration 123 (101; 160) minutes, myocardial ischemia 91 (66; 115) minutes. The patients were divided into two groups: I - the postoperative period without complications, II - the postoperative period with complications.本研究为一项回顾性、观察性单中心研究，纳入了79例在体外循环（cardiopulmonary bypass）支持下接受择期主动脉手术的患者。受试者年龄为57（46.5；64）岁，查尔森合并症指数（Charlson comorbidity index）为4（2；5），体外循环时长为123（101；160）分钟，心肌缺血时长为91（66；115）分钟。所有患者被分为两组：I组为术后无并发症组，II组为术后出现并发症组。
