Observations of Flipped Learning and Feedforward Pedagogical Teaching Methods and their Impact on Learning

The importance of using Feedforward and Flipped learning as a pedagogical teaching and learning methods were assessed. It was observed that learners made progress irrespective of the approach used. However, it was evident from the observations that even though both methods improved the learning of all learners, there were slight differences in preferred approach based on the ability of the learners. While high-attaining learners preferred Flipped learning approach, the low-attaining learners, on the other hand, favoured the feedforward approach. The results suggest that, in an inclusive class, both approaches become essential in the teaching and learning processes.
本研究对前馈学习与翻转学习作为教学与学习方法的重要性进行了评估。观察结果显示,无论采用何种方法,学习者均有所进步。然而,观察中发现,尽管两种方法均提升了所有学习者的学习效果,但在学习者能力的基础上,对于偏好方法的选择存在细微差异。高成就学习者倾向于采用翻转学习方法,而低成就学习者则更青睐前馈学习方法。研究结果表明,在包容性课堂中,两种方法对于教学与学习过程均不可或缺。
