Monitoring Coral reef biodiversity of the Grande Island using eDNA approach Raw sequence reads

The coastal and marine resources in the Goa islands are abundant and significant from an ecological and livelihood perspective. Compared to other major reefs in India, the biological structures and ecological status of the patch reefs are still understudied and also one of the less studied coral reef ecosystems. This study involved in non-invasive sampling, ambient water to isolate environmental DNA for the biodiversity assessment of the Grande Island, Goa, India.
