B cells may play a critical role in the response to immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment. To investigate the mechanisms, we performed RNA-seq analysis on mouse hepatocellular carcinoma by depleting B-cells and treating with anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4. Overall design: Mouse HCC model (Hepa1-6 cell, C57BL/6) was developed and treated with isotype or anti-PD1 plus anti-CTLA4 under the candition of WT and B-cell depleition.
