Inoculation of endophytic fungal communities

The endophytic fungal communities associated with the leaves and roots of Bromus tectorum (Cheatgrass) were characterized using Illumina sequencing of the ITS2 region. Communities were characterized under various inoculation treatments, including various plant litters and soil. The endophytic fungal communities in these inoculum sources was also characterized.

采用Illumina测序技术对结缕草（Cheatgrass）的叶和根部的内生真菌群落进行了特征化分析。在不同的接种处理下，包括各种植物碎屑和土壤，对这些群落进行了表征。同时，对这些接种源中的内生真菌群落也进行了特征化研究。
