Raw methylkit object for pre-lekking and post-lekking samples from black grouse males

This dataset is an intermediate file produced for the manuscript entitled "Epigenetic changes associated with reproductive investment and life-history trade-offs in lekking male black grouse (<i>Lyrurus tetrix</i>)" (in preparation). The full workflow is stored on github (https://github.com/rshuhuachen/ms_epi_effort), and more details + scripts on how this file was used for downstream analyses can be found in that repository (and README file).This RData object is a methylkit object containing epiGBS data (reduced representation bisulphite sequencing data) from 116 samples, which contains 58 pairs of samples. The pairs are samples collected from male black grouse before and after the lekking season within the same year. The samples have been processed using the epigbs pipeline (see the github repository above) and has been imported and destranded with the R package methylkit. This is the unfiltered dataset which can be used for subsequent quality filtering and analysis.
