National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) - Offense Segment. This data provides information about the offense(s) that occurred, including the date of the offense(s), where the offense(s) occurred, and which weapons were used, if at all. This data also provides information on whether the crime was defined as a hate crime by including a variable on the offender's bias motivation (if any). Each row represents an incident-offense combination, and thus, incidents with multiple offenses have multiple rows.
