Gene expression profiling of two NSCLC cell lines treated with PAEP/glycodelin expression stimulating substances

We compared H1975 and 2106T cells treated with PAEP/glycodelin expression inducing substances and the corresponding contol treated cells. Gene expression profiling of H1975 and 2106T cells with induced PAEP/glycodelin expression might give hints on several pathways regulating this activated expression. PAEP/glycodelin expression stimulating substances in NSCLC cell lines were screened in previous qPCR and western blot analyses. Accordingly, H1975 cells were treated with PMA and 2106T cells were incubated with LPA, PMA, EGF and HB-EGF for 24 h. We compared these data with the corresponding control treatment in three independent experiments (named with 1, 2 and 3). Gene expression profile was analysed by using Affymetrix HG-U133 Plus 2.0 arrays.
