Training sequences and the released Albatross checkpoint for "An RNA language model trained on sequence alone reveals IRES structures." S2–S4 are the approximately 200k, 500k, and 50k IRES sets. S5 contains 5,041 concatenated hantavirus 3′ and 5′ UTRs. S6 contains 76,829 bacterial riboswitches. The checkpoint is the 50k model at epoch 5, step 39,096.
