Candida parapsilosis is a pathogen causing central catheter associated blood stream infections with biofilm formation as a major virulence factor. We genome sequenced six selected clinical C. parapsilosis isolates from bloodstream infections displaying no, low and high biofilm formation in YNB medium supplemented with glucose mimicking parental solution.
