New class of nucleotide analogues containing organometallic rigid acyclic unit

The data deposited in the repository include results obtained from the following measurements: nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) mass spectrometry (MS) and HPLC analyses.The attached data are in the form of text files and source files typical of the software used (raw NMR Bruker files) or .pdf files (MS measurements and HPLC).The attached data were obtained using the following equipment: NMR measurements were carried out on a Bruker Avance III 500/600/400 spectrometers, operating at 500.13/400.15/600.13 MHz for 1H and 125.75/100.63/150.92 MHz for 13C, at 20°C. Mass spectra were recorded on Synapt G2 Si instrument (Waters) equipped with an ESI source and quadrupole-Time- of-flight mass analyzer or on Agilent 6520 Q-TOF LCMS (HRMS). Analytical RP HPLC runs were performed using a Kinetex® 5 μm column 100 Å (4.6 × 250 mm, Phenomenex) at a 1 mL min−1 flow rate, buffer A, 0.05 M TEAB pH 7.5; buffer B, 40% CH3CN in 0.05 M TEAB; a gradient 0 to 40% B over 30 min.Please consult the readme.txt file for additional information.
