Identification and validation of miRNAs in colorectal cancer (CRC) in early age diagnosed patients without MMR defect

transcriptional profiling (miRNAs) of human biopsies of colorectal cancer tumors (Lynch Sindrome, Sporadic old, Sporadic young and normal mucosa) Four experimental groups: Normal mucosa, Lynch sindrome, Sporadic CRC diagnosed under 45 years, Sporadic CRC diagnosed over 45 years. Biological replicates:1 non-tumour colonic mucosae as control, 2 sporadic CRC patients diagnosed under 45 years without Lynch syndrome, 3 CRC patients with Lynch syndrome, 2 sporadic CRC patients diagnosed over 45 years without Lynch syndrome. One replicate per array.
