Assessing environmental DNA (eDNA) methods for use in fisheries surveys

There are two datasets, one is a spreadsheet of qPCR results (Project 1527 Appendix 1. qPCR results.xlsx). The second dataset consists of 60 files short (~300 base pair) forward and reverse sequences from the 16S mitochondrial gene in fishes that were generated using an Illumina MiSeq sequencing system. Files for each sample replicate and controls are in FASTQ format.本数据集包含两类数据资源：其一为qPCR（quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction）结果电子表格，对应文件为Project 1527 Appendix 1. qPCR results.xlsx；其二为60份鱼类线粒体16S基因的短片段（约300碱基对）正向与反向测序序列，上述序列通过Illumina MiSeq测序系统生成。所有对应样本重复组及对照组的文件均采用FASTQ格式存储。
