Transcriptome profiling of NIH-H146 small-cell lung cancer cells after KIFC1 knockdown

This project contains RNA sequencing data generated from a human small-cell lung caner cell line (NCI-H146) transfected with either negative control siRNA or KIFC1-targeting siRNA. Total RNA was extracted two days after transfection. The aim of this study is to investigate transcriptonal changes associated with KIFC1 knockdown.
