Flexible Damage Function Parameters for Climate Impact Assessment

Econometrically estimated parameters for climate damage functions relating temperature anomalies to economic impacts across multiple sectors. The damage function specification is $M_{it} = (\alpha_i T_t + \beta_i T_t^2) \cdot Y_{it}^\gamma$, where regional coefficients capture spatial heterogeneity in climate sensitivity and the income elasticity parameter enables income-dependent adaptation. Parameters are provided for 24,326 Impact Regions globally,with uncertainty quantification via 19 gamma quantiles per region for Monte Carlo simulation. Suitable for use in integrated assessment models, social cost of carbon calculations, and climate economics research.
