Sanger sequencing files of the APOL1 G1/G2 genetic status of Afro-Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension

We studied the prevalence of APOL1 G1 and G2 risk variants and their association with renin-aldosterone profiles in Afro-Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension. We performed conventional PCRs in our participants and sequenced most of exon 7 of the APOL1 gene through Sanger sequencing. These are the ab1 files of the electropherograms.
