Comparative Study on the Micromechanical Properties of Deep Coal Seams in the Linxing-Shenfu Blocks, Ordos Basin

This dataset contains the nanoindentation test results obtained from coal samples of coal seams No. 4+5 and No. 8+9 . The data provides a comprehensive characterization of the micromechanical properties of the coal matrix, including Young's modulus, hardness, elasticity index, fracture toughness, residual depth ratio, and plastic work ratio. The measurements were conducted to evaluate the mechanical heterogeneity and deformation mechanisms of different coal phases (organic and inorganic). This dataset supports the comparative analysis of coal rock mechanics across different stratigraphic units.
