Supplementary Material Tables S1 and S2

This dataset supports the study "Exploring Spatial Patterns of Non-Native Fish Distribution in the Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba (TMAP) Using Ecological Niche Modeling". It provides the necessary data and metadata to replicate the ensemble modeling and spatial analyses presented in the manuscript. The repository contains two main supplementary tables: Supplementary Table S1 (Occurrence Data): A comprehensive dataset of 308 valid occurrence records for non-native fish species within the TMAP region, Brazil. It includes taxonomic information, georeferenced coordinates (decimal degrees), collection years, and individual counts. Supplementary Table S2 (Environmental Variables): Detailed metadata for the environmental predictors used in the Ecological Niche Models (ENM). This table describes the high-resolution (1 km) layers obtained from the EarthEnv database, including topographic metrics (elevation, slope), hydrological proxies (upstream basin cells), and geological formations. It specifies the ecological rationale for each variable as a distal filter for Neotropical ichthyofauna.
