Afican important Endemism
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the complete dataset and manuscript associated with the study of Eugenia (Myrtaceae) from the African continent and related islands. The work explores endemism patterns, phylogenetic relationships, and Miocene diversification within Eugenia, a hyper-diverse genus of the tribe Myrteae, with approximately 160 African species (157 native, 21 endemic). The analyses integrate multilocus molecular data and phylogenetic reconstruction to clarify lineage diversification and evolutionary radiation across Africa, Madagascar, and the Mascarenes. Full manuscript including Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, and Figures 1–4.Supplement S1: Taxa, GenBank accessions, loci (ETS, ITS, matK, ndhF, rpl16, psbA-trnH), and voucher information. Combined multilocus alignment of Eugenia taxa (PHYLIP format, 50 taxa × 4,097 characters). Partition information file defining loci boundaries used in analyses.
