NRS-18801 | Conditional purchase registers [Wentworth Lands Office]

These registers contain a summary record of all Conditional Purchases applied for in the Land District of Wentworth, kept by the Wentworth Crown Land Agent's Office/Wentworth Lands Office.An application for a Conditional Purchase would be submitted to the local Crown Land Agent, together with a deposit. Upon receipt of such an application, the Agent would enter the details into these registers. Each new application was numbered in consecutive order, beginning at one at the start of each calendar year.Once the application for a Conditional Purchase had been approved, these registers were then used to record each rent payment made by the Purchaser and by any subsequent transferees. The first instalment was due three years from the date of application.These registers record information such as the name and address of purchaser or transferee, date of application or transfer, the area and a description of land applied for, amount of deposit paid, balance of purchase money, dates and amount of instalments, interest paid on purchase money, and date of receipt of declaration.

本批登记册收录了温特沃斯土地管辖区内所有有条件购地申请（Conditional Purchase）的汇总记录，由温特沃斯官地代理办公室（Wentworth Crown Land Agent's Office）/温特沃斯土地办事处（Wentworth Lands Office）保管。申请人需向当地官地代理提交有条件购地申请，并同步缴纳定金。当地官地代理在收到该类申请后，会将详细信息录入本批登记册。每份新申请均按连续顺序编号，每个公历年度伊始均从1号开始编排。当有条件购地申请获批后，本登记册将用于记录购地人及后续受让方缴纳的每一笔租金。首期分期款项需在申请提交之日起三年后到期支付。本登记册所记录的信息包括：购地人或受让方的姓名与住址、申请或转让日期、申请购地的面积及土地详情、已缴定金金额、购地款余额、分期款项的缴纳日期与金额、购地款所产生的已付利息，以及收到购地声明的日期。
