GenBank Accession Numbers of Gut microbiome plasticity and host resistance in response to ocean warming in sub-Antarctic sea urchins

This dataset contains the GenBank accession numbers for BioSamples and SRA from raw DNA sequences extracted from 40 external sediment samples and 54 gut mucosa samples associated with Abatus cordatus, as part of the BioProject PRJNA1164138. Information on collection date, locality, latitude, longitude, host diet, host height, host length, host sex, host life stage, host tissue, temperature, and sample description is also included.
