Dissolved oxygen in the Canada Basin of the Arctic Ocean during 1994-2021

This synthesized dataset is the gridded data of seawater temperature, salinity, oxygen concentration, apparent oxygen utilization, oxygen solubility, dissolved inorganic nitrogen, and phosphate spanning from 1994 to 2021 within the Canada Basin of the Arctic Ocean. Data were compiled from multiple sources, including GLODAPv2.2023, the Beaufort Gyre Exploration Project at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOIDC, https://www2.whoi.edu/site/beaufortgyre/data/ctd-and-geochemistry/), and the Chinese National Arctic and Antarctic Data Center (NADC, https://datacenter.chinare.org.cn/data-center/dindex). All datasets underwent quality control following the GLODAP quality control protocol. This dataset is intended to facilitate the estimation of long-term changes in oxygen concentration within the Canada Basin.
